Everything you need to know about your holiday at the Alphof

Take the A13 Brenner motorway to the Schönberg/Stubaital exit, then head towards Fulpmes. Toll-free alternative: via the Brenner federal road (Innsbruck Süd exit) to the Schönberg/Stubaital exit and then continue to beautiful Fulpmes. 

From Innsbruck main station, you can conveniently reach Fulpmes with the Stubaital tram or Stubaital bus.

From Innsbruck airport (only about 20km away), you can reach our hotel in Fulpmes by taxi, bus, or the Stubaital tram.
From Munich airport (approx. 213km away), we recommend taking a coach or train to Innsbruck. From there, you can continue your journey to the Stubaital valley using the transport options mentioned above.

Please note that the tourist tax and any special surcharges for particular events, such as the Christmas dinner or the New Year’s Eve programme, are not included in the room rate. These additional costs are non-negotiable and must be paid directly on site.

Guests who have made a booking via other booking platforms are asked to contact our reception team directly to find out about the applicable pricing.

Check-in from 3 p.m. on your arrival day; check-out by 10 a.m. on your departure day. 

You are entitled to a room that corresponds to the category and number of guests booked. We can only accommodate additional guests subject to availability and for an additional charge.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to unregistered guests. The usual cancellation terms apply here.

Certainly. You can also make the most of your departure day at Hotel Alphof: we recommend our late check-out until 5 p.m. for an additional charge of €50.00 per room (subject to availability). Simply enquire 1 to 2 days before your arrival and make the most of your holiday right up to the last moment.

You can. If the worst comes to the worst, you can cancel your holiday free of charge up to 1 month before arrival.
For later cancellations, up to 3 weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the total booking value.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total booking value, and up to 7 days before arrival, it is 90%.
For cancellations made within the last 6 days before the scheduled arrival date or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we will charge you 100% of the total booking value.
We highly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Young guests are also very welcome here. For infants, cots, high chairs, changing mats, and nappy bins are available on request. We will be happy to send you the exact children’s prices on request.

We love animals. Please let us know at least 5 days before your arrival if you will be bringing a pet with you. We charge €25.00 per day for your pet (excluding food). Thank you for understanding that your pets are not permitted in certain suites, the dining room, or the wellness area.

On request, you are welcome to use one of our double rooms as a single room for an additional charge. Please contact our reception team about this.
We offer special rates for tour groups. Simply enquire and secure the best price.

We are more than happy to adapt our menu to suit your dietary restrictions and intolerances. Please let us know at least 5 days before your arrival so that we can tailor our menu to suit your needs. Unfortunately, we are unable to cater to any food intolerances if we are not informed in advance.
We charge a surcharge of €7.00 per day for a personalised menu.
Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out the possibility of accidental cross-contamination in the kitchen.
We do not offer separate menus for vegan, Paleo, or keto diets, among others. In this case, please contact our reception team.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 to 10 a.m. Afternoon snacks are available daily between 3 and 5p.m., and dinner is a 5-course menu served from 6 to 8 p.m.

The AlpSpa is open daily from 3 to 7 p.m. It’s a quiet retreat for guests aged 16 and over.
