What’s included?

We would like to point out that the local tax and any special surcharges for special events such as the Christmas-Dinner or the New Year's Eve programme are not included in the room price. These additional costs are binding and must be paid directly on site.

The current rates for these special surcharges can be found in your individual offer or your booking confirmation, if you have booked directly with us.
Guests who have booked via other booking platforms are requested to contact our reception team directly for information on the applicable rates.


When is check-in? When is check-out?

On the day of arrival, check-in is from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, check-out is until 10 a.m.

Can I bring someone else with me?

The room to which you have access corresponds to the category and number of persons booked. We can only accept additional guests subject to availability and for a respective surcharge. We reserve the right to decline unregistered guests. In this case, the usual cancellation policy applies.

Is late check-out possible?

Absolutely! Make the most of your departure day with the 5 p.m. late check-out for an additional charge of 50.00 per room (subject to availability). Simply request a late check-out a day or two before your arrival and enjoy every last minute of your holiday.

If something comes up, can I cancel my stay for free?

Of course! You may cancel your summer holiday free of charge up to one month before arrival. For later cancellations up to three weeks before arrival, we charge 40% of the total booking rate.

Up to two weeks before arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total rate; for cancellations up to seven days before arrival, we charge 90%.

For cancellations within the last six days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the total rate.

We always recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Are there reduced rates for children?

Young guests are also very welcome here. A cot, high chair, changing mat, and nappy bin are all available on request for our smallest guests. Children up to three years of age spend their holiday at the Alphof free of charge. For children older than three, the following children’s discounts apply (including three-course dinner menu with soup, salad from the buffet, main course, and kids’ dessert):

  • 3 to 5 years: €49.00 per day
  • 6 to 9 years: €62.00 per day
  • 10 to 12 years: €78.00 per day
  • From 13 years, the full adult rate applies.
  • We are happy to provide you with a cot for €10.00 per day.

All rates and discounts are per child and day. Please note that the children’s rates only apply when the child stays in a room with two full-paying adults, otherwise the adult rate applies.

Which additional services can be booked?

  • We offer parking under the carport for a fee.
  • Shuttle service: Travelling without a car? We can arrange your transport during your time out in Stubaital!
  • Laundry service
  • Massages

Can I bring my pet?

We love animals! Please let us know at least five days before arrival if you will be visiting us with your furry friend. We charge €25.00 per day (without food) for your pet. We ask for your understanding that animals are not allowed in some suites, the dining room, or the wellness area. In rooms with a carpeted floor, we charge a final cleaning fee of €40.00 for animals over 8kg.

If you bring your dog without letting us know in advance, we charge an admin fee of €30.00. We reserve the right to decline unregistered animals if we do not have availability. In this case, the usual cancellation policy applies.

Are there single rooms? Are there group discounts?

Upon request, you are welcome to use one of our double rooms as a single room for an extra charge. Please contact our reception team about this.

We have special conditions for travel groups. Just enquire and secure the best price!

Are there menus suitable for food intolerances?

We can gladly adapt our menu to cater to your food intolerances. We kindly ask you to inform us about your specific needs at least five days before arrival so that we can adapt our menu to best suit you. Unfortunately, unregistered intolerances can’t be taken into account. We charge a €7.00 surcharge per day for customising the menu.
We can’t completely exclude the possibility of unintentional cross-contamination in the kitchen.
We don’t offer a separate menu for stricter diets such as vegan, Paleo, or Keto. Please contact our reception team if this issue concerns you.

By car

Via the A13 Brenner motorway, take the Schönberg/Stubaital exit and then head towards Fulpmes. Toll-free alternative: via the Brennerbundesstraße federal road (Innsbruck Süd exit) to the Schönberg/Stubaital exit and then continue to beautiful Fulpmes.

By public transport

From Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof main station, you can conveniently reach Fulpmes with the Stubaital tram or Stubaital bus.

By plane

From Innsbruck Airport, you can reach Fulpmes by taxi, bus, or the Stubaital tram.
From Munich Airport, we recommend taking a bus or train to Innsbruck – from there, continue to Stubaital by means of public transport (see above).
